Hello, and welcome to KTB Creative Group!

I’m Kim, the founder and creator of this equestrian sport à la carte media and marketing firm.

A love for horses has  pulsed through my veins for as long as I can remember. Growing up in Maine, I spent hours a week at the barn surrounded by the animals that I now get to work with and cherish each day.

After graduating from high school with the unofficial title of “weird horse girl,” I headed to Cazenovia, New York, where I attended Cazenovia College for four years. As I set out on a path to acquire a Bachelors degree in Equestrian Business Management, I was lucky enough to learn from an abundance of top professionals throughout the equine industry, daily. I competed and was the captain of the Cazenovia College Intercollegiate Dressage Team, and once again found solace among the four legged creatures that inspire so much of the work I do today.

After graduation, I accepted an internship at Dressage Today Magazine, where I worked and created editorial content for the company, owned and operated by Aim Media. It was there that my first creative articles were published, and the fire of my passions was fueled; one that led  to the high performance world of equestrian sport.

As the summer at Dressage Today drew to a close, I knew that I wanted to continue on in the equestrian world, but also wanted to be up-close and personal with the action of the show industry. Shortly after the conclusion of my internship, I was offered another internship opportunity, this time with the incredible Jennifer Wood. Just before January of 2017, I packed my bags and headed to the horse show capital of the world, Wellington, Florida.

With Jennifer Wood Media steering me in the right direction, I dived head first into managing the media center and PR at the Adequan® Global Dressage Festival, which was a surreal learning opportunity for me! From there I went to work directly for Equestrian Sport Productions, LLC.

While working for the ESP marketing team, I was able to gain experience at all of their venues and events, including the Adequan® Global Dressage Festival, the Winter Equestrian Festival, the International Polo Club, Gladiator Polo, Tryon International Equestrian Center, and The Colorado Horse Park, as well as at the FEI World Equestrian Games™ Tryon 2018, and the Rolex Central Park Horse Show.

Upon the conclusion of the FEI World Equestrian Games™ Tryon 2018 and the 2018 fall season in Tryon, I shifted roles and transitioned into a  position working and learning from International Equestrian Sport Lifestyle Photographer, Ashley Neuhof.

As of April, 2018, I am also the National Press and Marketing Officer for the Intercollegiate Dressage Association, which is a national organization comprised of nine regions across the United States and Canada that facilitates the opportunity for college students to participate in organized Intercollegiate Dressage competitions.

The next chapter is an exciting one for me, and I look forward to pursuing an opportunity to work with you and your brand, in whatever capacity you desire.

Be ambitious. Be sincere. Be creative.
